The SAFELOAD CONTROLLER MINI is a compact and reliable electronic load monitoring controller designed to accurately convert the analog electrical stress signals received from a load cell into precise digital weight values. This advanced controller ensures real-time load measurement, enabling safe and controlled operation across a wide range of lifting and material handling applications.
Equipped with two built-in relay outputs, the SAFELOAD CONTROLLER MINI provides effective protection against overload conditions, helping to prevent accidents, equipment damage, and operational breakdowns. It is especially suitable for use in EOT cranes, winches, hoists, and various other load-handling systems where overload protection is critical.
The controller can be seamlessly connected to a larger external display for clear remote viewing of load values, allowing operators and supervisors to monitor lifting operations from a safe distance. Additionally, optional load value storage functionality supports improved monitoring, record-keeping, and operational analysis.

Installation Notes

  • NOTE 1: For load cell cable extension, use 4 core shielded cable 0.25sq. mm only.
  • NOTE 2: For display modbus connection, use 2 core 0.5sq mm shielded cable only.
  • NOTE 3: Use separate cable for display power supply modbus connection.
